Pluie d'été undertakes as a merchant to comply with the obligations under these applicable conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on this site on the date of the order.
Order confirmation and conclusion of the contract
The order will be considered effective upon receipt of the pay pal payment compensable in a French bank corresponding to the amount of the order.
The products are reserved for 8 days. Without receipt of payment within this period, the order is considered canceled.
Pluie d'été confirms the acceptance of his order to the customer at the email address that he will have communicated. Pluie d'été recommends that the customer keep a reliable paper or computer record of the data relating to his order. The customer must check the completeness and conformity of the information he provides to Pluie d'été which can not be held responsible for any input errors and consequences in terms of error or delay in delivery. Right of withdrawal

Pluie d'été recommends returning products by Colissimo followed by additional insurance guaranteeing, if necessary, the compensation of the products up to their real market value in the event of spoliation or loss of this goods.
Within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the product in return, the customer will be sent a credit note of the amount paid usable within 3 months after receipt.
